Dr. Hubinak is Chairman and CEO of the Logomotion Group, whose companies provide financial rating, analysis and restructuring services in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as complex information services to the media markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Dr. Hubinak’s primary focus is now making Logomotion a leading mobile payment solutions company. He is a former Chairman of the Board and General Director of Slovak Telecommunications, a.s. and has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EuroTel Bratislava a.s. (now T-Mobile Slovakia). Dr. Hubinak was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Slovak Post Bank and founded VUB Factoring, the first factoring firm in Slovakia. He earned his Doctor of Law at the Law School, UK Bratislava, Slovakia.
